  31. The public comment period for that version of the draft expired at
  32. the end of July 1995. Two additional revisions of the draft have
  33. appeared since then, but not for public consumption. Sometime
  34. this year another version of the draft will be published for public
  35. comment. Details will be announced in this newsgroup, among other
  36. places, when the dates are known. Right now I can't predict when
  37. that will be.
