- The public comment period for that version of the draft expired at
- the end of July 1995. Two additional revisions of the draft have
- appeared since then, but not for public consumption. Sometime
- this year another version of the draft will be published for public
- comment. Details will be announced in this newsgroup, among other
- places, when the dates are known. Right now I can't predict when
- that will be.
